Introduction:

2014 IEEE International Conference on Network Infrastructure and Digital Content (IC-NIDC 2014) will be held in the beautiful city of Beijing, China from September 19 to 21, 2014. Themed as "Leveraging Communications for a Better Tomorrow ", IC-NIDC 2014 will feature a comprehensive technical program including several Symposia and a number of Tutorials and Workshops. This conference provides a high-quality forum for researchers and practitioners to present their latest theoretical and practical work on the cutting edge technologies and hot topics in the areas of Broadband Wireless Communications, Big Data, and Mobile Social Networks.

To be published in the IEEE IC-NIDC Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate. The paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE IC-NIDC Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®.
