Introduction:
2013 15th IEEE International Conference on Communication Technology (ICCT2013) will be held in Guilin, China on November 17-19th, 2013. ICCT is an annual conference series, focusing on both theory and applications mainly covering the topic of communication technology. The ICCT will bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, computer users, and students to exchange their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of communication and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. In addition to the technical sessions, there will be invited sessions, keynote speeches and panel discussion.
Publication:
We cordially invite you to submit papers. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance and originality. Papers should be submitted electronically as WORD or PDF files. Only the full papers received before the deadline will be considered for review. The length of a paper is limited to 5 pages and extra pages will be charged. The published paper in the conference proceedings will be indexed by EI

* One regular submission paper must cover FIVE pages at least.
* To guarantee the high quality and standard of this conference, the conferences' accepted rate will be strictly controlled lesser than 30%.
* The submission papers’ scope must be included in the conference TOPICS.
* All authors please submit the doc-format papers or PDF-format, which will make the experts' annotation and format-modification jobs more convenient.
